HOW TO JOIN ARIZONA CLOUDBUSTERS

About Arizona Cloudbusters

Registration Process:  

1. Read Arizona Cloudbusters Corporate Bylaws, Operating Rules, Articles of Incorporation, and Insurance Information.
2. Fill out the Credit Report Application.
3. Obtain a Motor Vehicle Records report for Moving Violations for the last 5 years. This can be done by visiting your local DMV office.
4. Make a photocopy of Pilot Certificate, current Medical Certificate, and last BFR pilot's logbook entry.
5. Complete the Share Transfer Application and Authorization Form.
6. Gather above items 2-5, attach a check or money order for $600 or $2100, and mail to the Corporate Treasurer at:

7. After payment is verified, call the Safety Director to receive airplane owner's manuals for each aircraft and an Pilot Information, oral exam, and aircraft checkout form.
8. Arrange for a flight review with a corporate approved Certified Flight Instructor in each airplane you are qualified to fly, complete the checkout form and have it and the oral exam forms completed and signed by the approved instructor.
9. After satisfactory completion of the flight review, meet with the Safety Director for a review of your qualifications (i.e., the completed checkout form, oral exam, logbook, current medical certificate, and pilot certificate).
10. The Safety Director will issue keys for airplane(s) in which you have been qualified to fly.
11. If you are a student pilot, meet with the Safety Director before scheduling any flight time.
12. Transfer of a share is final only after approval by the Membership Committee (i.e., Vice-President, Treasurer, and Safety Director)
13. Monthly fixed charges (dues) are billed to the Shareholder of Record on the first of each month.
