Yes, All but $100 of the share price is refundable when you leave the club.

How much are your monthly dues?

How are members charged for flight time?
The club charges $110 per tachometer hour wet (fuel included) for all of our aircraft. Members are billed for their flight time on a monthly basis.

Do you charge tax?

Do you offer a discount for block time?

Yes, we allow student pilots as members.

Can I receive instruction in the club's aircraft from an instructor who is not a member of the club?

We have a liability and hull insurance policy issued by W. Brown & Associates. For policy specifics, please download insurance information here.

How much is your insurance deductible and how much of it are your members responsible for in the event of damage to one of the club's aircraft?
The deductible is $2500. In the event of aircraft damage, the club's board of directors will determine the amount of member responsibility and may hold a member responsible for an amount up to the deductible.

Do you require any sort of renters insurance?
No, and because the membership is included as the named insured on our policy, it is unlikely that a renters policy would cover in the event of an accident in one of the club's aircraft. Your mileage may vary here and you should check with your insurance provider.

Do you have regular meetings and may non-members attend?
The club's Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of every month at 7 pm at the Chandler Municipal Airport (KCHD). All members and non-members are welcome to attend. Click here for directions.
